Z7VPN / SERVICE PRINCIPLES

Z7VPN Service Overview

International routes, subscription terms, and privacy practices.

Cross-border access and device support

Z7VPN offers a network subscription service for people who access international websites, use AI tools, and stream video. It covers 90+ countries with 230+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Device limits and data allowances are separate: when sharing across devices, keep an eye on your account’s total data usage.

Choosing Routes and Getting Support

Choose a route based on how you plan to use it. IEPL, relayed, and direct connections are different ways of routing traffic; the label alone doesn’t guarantee a particular experience. Test your connection on your usual network and at the times you typically use it, and refer to the routes available in your account panel. Confirm access to AI tools and streaming services after connecting.

If you run into an issue, use the support ticket panel to share your client, network environment, selected route, and the error you’re seeing. Before sending a screenshot, hide your password and subscription link. Review billing terms before choosing a plan: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages never expire and remain available until used. The service offers a 60-day money-back guarantee; see the refund policy for details.

Anonymous, No-Logs Policy and Privacy

Z7VPN follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. We collect only the information needed to provide the service. You can create an account without an email address using a username and password. When submitting a support ticket, share only the information needed to troubleshoot the issue—not unrelated personal details. An anonymous, no-logs policy does not mean there are no other privacy risks when using the service. For details about how account information is handled, read the Privacy Policy.
