These terms apply to the Z7VPN network acceleration subscription service and its related user panel. Before using the service, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the refund policy. Using the service means you accept the applicable rules; if you disagree, stop using it. Rights granted by law that cannot be excluded are not limited by these terms.
Service Scope
Z7VPN provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, with coverage in 90+ countries and 230+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. After signing in to the user panel, you can access client downloads, subscription details, and plan management.
Specific routes, available configurations, and subscription status are as shown in the panel. Coverage does not mean every location is suitable for your current network, nor does it guarantee continuous access to third-party websites, apps, or content. Account eligibility and usage rules for third-party services are determined by their providers.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials, subscription link, and device configurations secure. A subscription link grants access and should not be made public. If you discover a leak or unusual activity, promptly change the relevant credentials and report it through a support ticket in the panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to the account holder's use on devices under their control; it does not permit reselling, renting, or transferring an account, or sharing account or subscription access with others. You are responsible for activity on authorized devices. Device count and plan traffic are separate; no device limit does not mean unlimited traffic.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing, check the plans page and the order details for pricing, traffic allowances, and billing terms.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your actual use, as well as the service rules of the resources you access. Do not use this service for illegal activity, to infringe others' lawful rights, or to distribute unlawful content.
Network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, distribution of malware, unauthorized system access, and disruption of other networks are prohibited. Do not use automated requests, abnormal concurrent connections, or other abusive behavior that harms route operations or other users' experience. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful.
Availability and Liability
Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, the status of the destination service, device configuration, and maintenance. Z7VPN does not guarantee a fixed speed, latency, continuous connection period, or specific access outcome for third-party services. Route maintenance or troubleshooting may cause temporary interruptions.
If an issue occurs, first check your subscription status and client configuration, then submit the necessary error details through a support ticket. Do not include your password or full subscription link. Liability for issues caused by third-party failures, user actions, or events beyond reasonable control will be determined according to the actual circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that must be assumed by law.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If there is illegal use, resale or sharing of access, an attack, clear resource abuse, or another serious breach of these terms, Z7VPN may suspend the relevant access or terminate the service based on the risk. In urgent cases, Z7VPN may first impose necessary restrictions to prevent further harm and then explain the reason for the action.
You may submit an objection and provide additional details through a user panel support ticket. Responses should take the circumstances and applicable law into account. Account restrictions do not automatically remove your right to a refund.
Changes to These Terms and Refunds
Revisions will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or the user panel, including their scope and application. Changes should not retroactively reduce statutory rights that have already arisen. If you have questions about these terms, contact support through a ticket before continuing to use the service.
